Fans planning to attend a recent Pete Davidson comedy show got an unexpected surprise — a non-disclosure agreement with a $1 million fine.
The comedian’s team required attendees to sign the NDA before entering the Bay Area venue where the Saturday Night Live cast member performed earlier this week.

In addition to signing the agreement, attendees were asked to put their phones and smartwatches in secure pouches for the duration of the show — a practice that is becoming more common.
Still, the NDA angered some fans after they bought tickets to Davidson’s November 27 show at the Sydney Goldstein Theater in San Francisco.
Attendee Stacy Young posted a copy of the NDA she received on Facebook, saying she was notified about the agreement at the last minute via an email. The document stated that attendees “shall not give any interviews, offer any opinions or critiques, or otherwise participate in any form whatsoever (including but not limited to blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or any other social networking)… in the disclosure of any confidential information.”
The NDA noted any breach of the agreement would result in a demand for $1 million “as well as any attorney fees.”
Along with providing a signature, attendees were required to provide their cell phone numbers, email address, Twitter and Instagram handles.
Young said she she didn’t mind putting her phone away, but the NDA was a bit much.
“I understood and was willing to consent to the initial request of locking up any phones or cameras brought to the event, but I think this a bit ridiculous and over the top,” she wrote on Facebook.
A Sydney Goldstein Theater employee told the San Francisco Chronicle the venue was unaware of the NDA until the day before the show.
Some fans said on social media they were also required to sign an NDA to attend Davidson’s November 7 & 8 shows at the Varsity Theater in Minneapolis.

'NCIS': How Much Would Gibbs Have Made In Real Life? - Showbiz Cheat Sheet
Actors in successful television shows are well paid, that’s not surprising. More often than not, they make substantially more than their on-air personas could ever dream of making. Take, for example, Mark Harmon. For his role on NCIS, Harmon is pulling in a cool $525,000 per episode. A traditional season contains 24 episodes. If you do the math, you’ll figure out that Harmon is making around $12.5 million per season. His signature character, Jethro Gibbs, as a special agent, wouldn’t even begin to make anywhere near Harmon’s per-episode salary, but do you know how much a real special agent actually makes? The numbers might surprise you.
How much does a special agent make?
NCIS special agents can expect to start at a salary of around $54,000, according to Chron. While the base salary may not seem like much, special agents do have a lot of room to grow and develop within the Naval Criminal Investigation Service. Agents are often rewarded with higher pay based on their experience and educational background. They are also granted promotions and wage increases based on the amount of time they spend within the unit, and whether or not they are interested in taking on subordinates.
NCIS special agents may also earn more if they are working and living within a high cost of living area. An agent in Quantico, for example, will make substantially more than a special agent residing in Mayport, Florida. While it’s impossible to nail down Gibbs’ exact salary, fans can assume he’s on the higher end of the possible payscale, both because of his experience and his location.
How much would Jethro Gibbs make in real life?
While the base salary for a special agent might not be anything to get excited about, Gibbs’ salary would likely be substantially higher than the starting base. Between locality rates and seniority, Gibbs would pull in more than double the base salary of an NCIS special agent. According to LinkedIn, an agent living in the Washington D.C. Metro Area can expect to make between $80,000 and $180,000 a year.
The wide range is directly related to the pay scale system used for all federal agents. Agents are assigned a pay grade and a step. They graduate through the steps of their pay grade based on the years they’ve spent in the system. Those in the D.C. area also make more than other agents because of their location. The federal government offers those living in a high cost of living area a higher salary as compensation for being stationed in an expensive city. Gibbs, who has been an agent for at least 20 years, would make around $180,000 per year.
Is there room for growth?
Federal employees, which NCIS special agents are, do have room for growth within their field, but just like any other profession, their earning potential maxes out. According to The Balance, NCIS special agents are subject to the same steps as other federal agents, but they do have the ability to add additional money to their paycheck through overtime.
LEAP pay, or law enforcement availability pay, is available to agents within certain sectors and units. Simply put, the stipend pays agents who are likely to work more than 40 hours per week. LEAP pay, however, also maxes out, with agents limited to earning a percentage of their salary in LEAP pay. Agents in the NCIS are eligible for LEAP pay.
NCIS special agents’ pay is also limited by the steps they can graduate to within the service. Gibbs, because of his years within the unit, likely would have maxed out his available levels years ago. In short, Gibbs is likely making all he can make within the service.

Heidi Klum can't keep her hands off husband Tom Kaulitz.
The couple is on vacation in Mexico and celebrated Thanksgiving along with friends and family in the sun. She posted a photo Thursday on Instagram of herself in her younger hubby's arms jumping out of the water.

"...as long as its [sic] you and I," the 46-year-old model captioned the steamy pic.
In another photo, Klum posed with her loved ones, all looking out at the water. "Thankful for ALL the L❤️VE #happythanksgiving," she wrote.
Earlier in the week, the former "Project Runway" judge shared a sultry topless photo of herself on a sunbed near the hotel pool.
Kaulitz, 30, and Klum secretly married at a Beverly Hills courthouse in February and then again in a more elaborate Italian wedding in August.
She recently opened up about her hubby, gushing to People magazine that she finally "found" her partner.

“He’s really game for anything," Klum told the outlet last month. "We’re very similar that way. He enjoys life and is very generous. He’s super kind. I just found my partner finally, you know?”
In October 2018, the former Victoria’s Secret Angel explained how she’s incredibly comfortable with her physique, as well as how she's interested in raising awareness for body positivity.
“I grew up in a very free environment with my parents,” Klum told Ocean Drive, in which she proudly posed topless for the magazine's 25th-anniversary Swimsuit double issue.

And while some may expect the mother of four to cover up these days, Klum said she’s happily embracing the aging process.
“I see it like this: We only have one life,” she said. “This is our life right now and our moment and our moment shouldn’t be over after a certain age. There’s not a time frame for only being able to wear a certain thing or to be in love, to go out.
"Thirty years old is not the cap and then you have to hide yourself and not go dancing anymore," Klum added. "I’m not saying people should be doing what I’m doing, but I hope that one day I will be an old woman looking back and able to say I enjoyed every phase of my life.”

The actress, 46, is currently on vacation with a male friend and is showing off her incredible bikini body in a variety of swimsuits.
First, Beckinsale showed off her long legs in black high-waisted bottoms with criss-cross detail at the waist and a bandeau top.

Then, in good spirits, she poked fun at herself with a large hat one walking next to her vacation companion. "Sometimes we swap Speedos," Beckinsale joked.

The next day she changed into a new white and leopard-print suit which showed off her toned legs.

"And the fact that if we wear white bikini bottoms we will, within the hour, sit on a choc ice," she added.
The "Underworld" star reportedly just finalized her divorce from director Len Wiseman after separating in 2015. Per People magazine, Wiseman, 46, filed for divorce in 2016, citing irreconcilable differences. The pair got married in May 2004.

The Camping actress and Ben began dating back in 2004 after meeting on the set of Pearl Harbor in 2001 and Daredevil in 2003.
By June 2005 they married in a private Turks and Caicos ceremony. The officiant and his husband were the only guests who attended.
Exactly 10 years on in June 2015, Ben and Jen announced their separation and filed for divorce in April 2017.

Heidi Klum’s Thanksgiving break is not over, judging by an Instagram shot of the 46-year-old bikini beauty getting steamy with her younger husband.
The former Victoria’s Secret icon shared the racy image on Friday depicting her and husband Tom Kaulitz in an eternity pool, reportedly in Mexico. In the photo, the German guitarist for the band Tokio Hotel lifts his wife, who is wearing a skimpy bikini, entirely out of the water while she throws her head back. “....as long as it’s you and I,” Klum captioned the pic.
The couple reportedly wed in early 2019 after Kaulitz, 30, sought permission from Klum’s four children in November of that year. A friend of Klum told People that while on vacation in Mexico, Kaulitz confided in the children about his plans. Then, on Christmas Eve, he officially asked them for their mother’s hand in marriage.
“So Tom and the kids together worked on making a breakfast tray for Heidi that had coffee, flowers, and a ring box,” the friend told People. “It was important for Tom to have the kids included in the whole thing, so they all brought the tray up to Heidi’s room and surprised her with breakfast in bed and then he proposed.”
Klum shared her engagement with an Instagram photo that showed off her ring. “I SAID YES,” she wrote.
However, before making their relationship official, the couple faced intrusive comments about their age difference. As Klum told InStyle in 2018, “My boyfriend is many years younger than me, and lots of people are questioning that and asking about it. That's really the only time when age seems to be shoved in my face and I have to give an answer for it. I don't really think about it that much otherwise. You have to just live a happy life without worrying too much about what people think because worrying is only going to give you more wrinkles.”
The former America’s Got Talent judge has been teasing vacation photos from, as she wrote this week, “somewhere else.” In one shot, Klum sat topless by the pool, with her back to the camera. “Today will be what I make it,” she wrote in a hashtag.

Salma Hayek wrote a cheeky Black Friday Instagram post accompanied by a shot of her backside swathed in black lace.
“Black Friday,” the 53-year-old star wrote to her 12.7 million followers on Friday under a photo of her lower half covered by a sheer black dress with lacy panels. The photo begged appreciative comments from fans, including Samuel L. Jackson who noted, “You must be launching a new lotion line!!!! Stop It!!!!”
“I want to be this confident in and fearless one day!” raved a follower. “And just like that the internet is broken,” wrote one. “I’d be REAL thankful for that,” noted another.
The Drunk Parents actress often posts stunning photos on Instagram, boasting sweet-and-simple and downright racy vibes. Recently, Hayek shared a throwback meme from the 2004 film After the Sunset in which she shakes her hips wearing only a bra top and skirt, with co-star Pierce Brosnan. “Once upon a time... when I was skinny,” Hayek captioned the sexy post.
In addition to protests from her awestruck followers, Brosnan, 63, slipped in with a compliment: “Yer still a slip of lass.”
Hayek has been married to French businessman François-Henri Pinault since 2009, whom she has called “the best husband in the world.” Their wedding ceremony at Venice opera house Teatro La Fenice cost a reported $3.5 million dollars and the two share daughter Valentina Paloma.
Hayek has several films in the works, including Like a Boss in which she stars with Tiffany Haddish and Rose Byrne about two very different friends who launch a beauty business together. And Hayek is currently filming the Marvel drama Eternals with Angelina Jolie.

The Princess of Orange, the future Queen of the Netherlands, won’t have “a big celebration” to mark her 16th birthday on December 7. Queen Maxima, who married King Willem-Alexander in 2002, was asked about the family’s plans for the heir to the Dutch throne’s birthday.
And, contrary to the expectations of many, the Queen said the Royal Family will have very low-key celebrations to mark Catharina-Amalie turning 16.
Speaking to RTL Boulevard, Queen Maxima said: “There won’t be a big celebration.
“She still has a lot of work to do for school, the end of the year is coming, Sinterklaas and all kinds of festivities.”
On the eve of Sinterklaas, Dutch for Saint Nicholas’s Day, falling on December 6, Dutch families exchange presents.
After speaking about the birthday plans for the future monarch, Queen Maxima didn’t fail to praise the 15-year-old.
She said: “She is growing up fast and beautifully.
“She is an amazing daughter, an amazing friend, I am so very proud of her.

“We will be singing for her and let’s bring on the next two years, which will probably be the last two years of her living at home.
“So I have to enjoy the moment.”

The low-key birthday of Catharina-Amalia’s birthday will mark a huge difference in comparison with the televised celebrations thrown in Belgium in October for another future monarch, Princess Elizabeth, to mark her milestone birthday.
On October 25, Princess Elisabeth of Belgium, the Duchess of Brabant, turned 18, and her big day was celebrated with an official ceremony at the Royal Palace in Brussels.
Hundreds of people were invited to the ceremony, including members of the Belgian royal family, their friends, the staff of the Princess Elisabeth Children’s hospital and 80 young Belgians who also celebrated their 18th birthday on the day.
On the day, the Belgian heir apparent received presents from authorities, royals and acquaintances.
The Belgian federal government presented the princess with a symbolic gift of a windmill park, which will be built between 2020 and 2030.
Her father King Philippe gave Elizabeth the ribbon of the Order of Leopold, the oldest and highest national order.
The princess also received many books from the Belgian minister of finance and development cooperation.
The day was also marked by a touching speech by the princess herself, who told her fellow citizens they “can count on me”.
She said: “These 18 years have been filled with many rewarding moments that have made me the person I am today.
“It is a step that I take with great optimism.
“I realise that I still have a lot to learn.
“I will also focus on that in the coming years: trying to understand the world better — and helping to improve it, by giving the best of myself.”

Gabrielle Union Posts Sweet Picture with Dwyane Wade and Writes About Support After 'America's Got Talent' Firing - Showbiz Cheat Sheet
The aftermath of season 14 of America’s Got Talent is leading to a lot of talk about NBC. That’s because Gabrielle Union and Julianne Hough won’t be back for another season.
There is a report that Union was fired after speaking out against racism. Many have thrown their support behind her. Look at the sweet picture she posted with husband, Dwyane Wade and what she wrote about support after her firing.
Gabrielle Union was reportedly fired from ‘America’s Got Talent’ for speaking out against racism
Union and Hough won’t be returning to judge another season of the variety show. Details were later released as to possible reasons why they weren’t asked back.
Variety reported that Jay Leno told a joke about a portrait of Simon Cowell surrounded by dogs. He reportedly said the dogs looked like they would be “on the menu at a Korean restaurant.” Union reportedly pressed for producers to report the incident to human resources but it wasn’t brought to the department.
There was another claim that Union and Hough’s appearances were often criticized while filming. Sources claimed Union’s hair was considered “too Black” for the show’s audience. Hough later responded to this report by saying she had a “wonderful time” doing the show and revealed she has two specials that will later air on NBC.
Dwyane Wade later tweeted his support for her
Dwyane Wade appeared on the season with his wife. He shared his support for her after the reports were released.
He tweeted on Nov. 27, “‘Men lie, Women lie, numbers don’t’ Over this past year I’ve been approached by many people saying that my wife @itsgabrielleu is the main reason they’ve started watching #AGT or that they love her insight and sincerity on the show.”
The NBA player then tweeted, “So when i [sic] got the news that my wife was being fired—my first question was obviously why!? Iam [sic] still waiting on a good answer to that question. But if anyone knows @itsgabrielleu or have heard of her you know she’s an advocate for our community and culture.”
Wade then added, “As proud as i [sic] were [sic] of her being selected as a judge on #AGT— Iam [sic] even more proud of her standing up for what she stands for and that’s US.”
He ended the thread with, “So [drinks emoji] to you @itsgabrielleu on not losing sight of the lessons we’ve talked about teaching our daughter and for kicking a** while you were on that platform. Number 1 judge on one of the biggest shows in the world.”
She posted a picture with Wade and wrote about support
The actress posted a picture of Wade kissing her forehead on Instagram on Nov. 29. She captioned it with, “Lord, you KNOW I’m tryin… whew and breathe. Support is everything. @dwyanewade.”
Some celebrities showed their support in the comments. Teyana Taylor commented with, “Love u legend.” Olivia Munn commented with multiple heart emojis. Tina Lawsone wrote, “Sending you love and support.”

Royal blunder: The shock gift Prince Louis was given that left father William red faced - Express
The Duke of Cambridge was out on royal duties on Thursday and visited Championship side West Bromwich Albion. An avid fan of their rivals Aston Villa, William was there in his role as President of the FA. But when he arrived West Brom’s CEO Mark Jenkins had a very cheeky surprise for the future King.
Mr Jenkins presented William with two shirts for his youngest children.
Prince George was left out as he is already a big supporter of Aston Villa - like his father.
Earlier in the season, Prince George made social media go into a frenzy after celebrating a stunning strike from his Villa side during a match with Norwich.
When handing over the gift, Mr Jenkins joked: “I don’t think we’ve got a chance with your eldest.”
While at the club William also discussed his mental health campaign, which he aims to bring to footballers.
However, he light-heartedly said: “I'm sorry I'm here as an Aston Villa fan but I'm hoping we can move on from that."
The Kensington Royal Instagram account discussed the other reasons behind his trip.
It wrote: “Today The Duke of Cambridge met the @WBA squad to talk about some of the pressures they face as players and the impact these challenges can often have upon their mental wellbeing.

“All my friends at school were either Man United fans or Chelsea fans and I didn’t want to follow the run-of-the-mill teams.
“I wanted to have a team that was more mid-table that could give me more emotional rollercoaster moments."
It comes after it was revealed that Prince William once refused to talk to his late mother Princess Diana.
The pair had a disagreement with how she behaved during the separation with William’s father Prince Charles.
The Duke was known to be close to Diana.
During the divorce, she was known to lean on the young Prince.
William was only 15 when she died while his brother Harry was 12.
They have often spoken out about how much they miss her and continue to grieve for Diana.
However, William and his mother did have a brief falling out not long before she tragically died.

Kid Rock Goes on Drunken Rant About Oprah, Insists He's Not Racist - TMZ
ExclusiveKid Rock wants the world to know he HATES Oprah Winfrey (and other talk show hosts), but also ... don't call him racist because of it. His drunken words, not ours.
The country rocker went on a wild tirade last week at his own Honky Tonk bar in Nashville -- which apparently overserved their boss, 'cause the man was clearly intoxicated as he blasted O from the stage ... saying, "F*** Oprah!" and other vulgarities we won't repeat.
Check out the video, 'cause it's truly an ugly sight to behold. He lays into Oprah repeatedly and then goes on to attack Joy Behar and Kathy Lee Gifford. We don't know why he might've gone after Kathy, but he and Joy had beef last year -- he even called her a bitch on TV.
As far as O goes ... he's noted in past interviews that he just doesn't like her, period. No clear reason as to why, though. Adding insult to injury, KR consistently explains that just because he hates these folks -- especially Oprah -- that doesn't make him racist. Some members of the crowd disagreed.
Eventually, Kid -- who's a staunch Trump supporter, BTW -- appeared to be so hammered ... he had to be helped off stage by security. Not a good look at all.

'NCIS' Will Never End According to This Cast Member - Showbiz Cheat Sheet
“NCIS” has been going strong for many years. As of this writing, the show has been on the air for 17 seasons. It’s quite unusual for a show to have this kind of staying power. Fans have been wondering when the show will end. While some dread the final episode, others think the show is past its prime and should begin wrapping up. One cast member, however, says the show will be on forever. Here’s the hilarious thing he said.
Mark Harmon says these types of shows aren’t meant to last more than three years
In an interview with “Entertainment Tonight” host Kevin Frazier, Mark Harmon said shows like “NCIS” don’t usually last long. Harmon never imagined the series would go as long as it has. “I don’t think these things are designed to go three [years], much less 17,” he told Frazier. “From the very beginning, I think all actors think the run is gonna be forever, but so much of it is about the chemistry. And this show is fortunate enough with that, I think. And it remains fortunate with that because this show has changed a lot from the beginning,” Harmon added.
Rocky Carroll thought he caught the ‘tail end’ of ‘NCIS’ when he first joined
Rocky Carroll told Frazier he thought the show would last about two or three years before it went off the air. However, as we know now, he was way off with his timeline. “No one has a job this long in Hollywood,” said Frazier. Carroll agreed, saying, “I came at the end of season five. I literally remember saying to my wife, just like, ‘Hey, I caught the tail end of this ride. I figured, hey, you know, I got maybe two or three of the last few years of it, and that was 11 years ago.”
David McCallum joked ‘NCIS’ will be on forever
David McCallum told Frazier he knew “NCIS” would reach season 17, and he predicts the show will never end. “You’ll be surprised that [season] 17 is not the last one. This is going to be a lifetime for many of these people here. They’ll never play another part,” he joked.
McCallum also told Frazier “NCIS” has been a positive experience for him. He referred to the show as his “Rock of Gibraltar.” The actor said he is happy to have been part of the show for so many years and he plans to remain part of the cast for as long as he can:
I joined [British] equity 72 years ago. Frank [Cardea] stopped me the other day, and said, ‘In season 17, would you like us to lighten the load?’ And I said, ‘No, I’d like you to double the load.’
When you start to get a little on in years, you can settle back or you can do everything that you find that can challenge you. And if you find everything that can challenge you and take naps in between, if you can come up to those challenges, you’ll continue to do what you enjoy doing. And in my life, I have a million things that I enjoy doing, but it’s all the basis when I come back here. This is my Rock of Gibraltar.
