Prince William married Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge in 2011 and while their royal wedding now feels like a distant memory, Prince Harry played a key role in their engagement. He made this huge sacrifice for his brother ahead of his big day.
Confronting rumours of a rift between him and William Prince Harry recently said: “Part of this role and part of this job and this family being under the pressure that it’s under, inevitably stuff happens.
“But look we’re brothers. We’ll always be brothers.”
“We’re certainly on different paths at the moment but I will always be there for him and as I know he’ll always be there for me.
“We don’t see each other as much as we used to because we’re so busy but I love him dearly.
“The majority of the stuff is created out of nothing but as brothers, it’s just as I said, you have good days, you have bad days.”

Prince Harry now has a wife and family of his own and it is understandable that his priorities have shifted towards them.
However, before Harry married Meghan Markle and started a family, he, Kate and Wills were a tight-knit trio.
Harry was extremely fond of Kate who he viewed as an older sister and made an extraordinary gesture on her behalf ahead of Prince William popping the question.
Prince Harry and Prince William were bonded by their mother Princess Diana’s tragic death after she was killed in a car crash in 1997.
Both brothers have spoken about the profound effect the horrific incident had on their lives.
Princess Diana divorced their father a year before her death and returned the diamond and sapphire engagement ring he gave her following the split.
After their mother’s death, Prince Charles asked his sons each to take a momento from her possessions and Harry is reported to have picked the engagement ring, while Prince William picked a gold watch.
According to claims in Amazon Prime documentary “The Diana Story” Prince Harry gave the ring to Prince William when his brother told him he wished to propose to Kate.
The piece had to be resized for Kate as it was slightly too big for her so small platinum beads were added to the inside of the band to make it fit.
While the ring has become one of the most iconic engagement rings of all time, it caused a stir when Diana first had it.
Prince Charles did not propose to Diana with the ring in hand but instead allowed her to pick the ring herself.
While it was a royal tradition to have engagement rings made to order, Diana’s was a ready-made which prompted some to deem it common.
