Outposts in Dacula near the Dacula Village Shopping Center and Carrollton are both slated for mid-to-late February openings, followed by a Cumming outpost which will replace the shuttered Pars Kebob and Grill in March.
The company has steadily expanded its footprint since opening its first restaurant in Peachtree City in 2012.
More than 30 locations of PITA Mediterranean Street Food already cover the Southeast, with an estimated 45 opening by the end of 2020.
“We are experiencing rapid growth in our brand as the demand from consumers are looking for more affordable quality and healthy food variety, especially in suburb and growing demographic areas,” Michael Carino, chief marketing officer, said in a statement.
“Our franchisees see that our Mediterranean cuisines fills this need of something different, unique and healthy. Many of the chain’s first-time customers have never had Mediterranean food before or had only heard of a gyro or shawarma pita.”
The eatery features Greek menu items including pita and gyro options, and well as Middle Eastern specialties including shawarma, falafel, kafta, hummus, ganoush, rice bowls, salads, kids’ plates, and desserts.
“At each location, guests can watch their selections being prepared, as steaming slices are carved from the rotisserie and platters are piled high, served with scoops of mezza and drizzled with olive oil,” a press statement described.
The entrees range from $7.95 to $13.99.
